Peake Properties invests in single-family residential properties that are located in areas that are safe, near good schools, restaurants, retail and coffee shops. The rental properties must have a good walk score and strong rental returns.
Investing in smaller multi-family properties of duplex, triplex and fourplex unit sizes, in B or C class areas in different markets across the USA. These properties consist of 2 and 3 bedroom rehabbed units in areas with a good walk score and public transport.
Partnering with industry leaders and accredited investors to purchase, rehab and rent larger multi-family properties in different markets across the USA, generally safer C or B class areas with proximity to good public transport, restaurants and commercial / retail.
